Mental Health Counselor

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions and/or marriage/family therapy sessions to clients.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Valid Idaho license (LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LCPC).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
