Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual therapy sessions and/or marriage/family therapy sessions to clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Valid Idaho license (LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LCPC).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
