DIRECTOR: A Program Director is a qualified college-aged individual or college graduate with strong communication skills, athletic management experience and a passion for working with children. Their primary responsibility is to be the “on-site” supervisor for each program. Each director is thoroughly trained and is first-aid and CPR certified. The Program Director will oversee coaches and the successful camp operation.
- Implement sport program schedule at the camp, including games, skills and breaks.
- Work directly with elementary school-aged children to teach basic sport skills.
- Manage coaching staff and evaluate their performance.
- Assist with inventory management.
- Provide and maintain a safe environment for children.
- Represent Skyhawks in a professional manner.
- Have fun implementing the country’s number one sports program!
COACH: A Program Coach is, at a minimum, a college-aged individual with experience in athletics and working with children. The coach is the most essential part of the Skyhawks program. They work individually with the participants to teach, encourage and challenge them. Each coach must complete an extensive certification process.
Job Types: Part-time, Internship
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 10 per week
