Position: HVAC Service Manager
Pay: $80,000-$100,000/year performance bonuses (negotiable based on experience)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm with a flexible on-call rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of skilled HVAC service technicians.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and develop your team, fostering growth and skill development.
- Make critical service decisions, from repairs to replacements, while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate scheduling with team members, manage inventory, and assist with technical troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of residential HVAC experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and industry best practices.
- EPA Universal License required.
- Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
- Ability to use extension ladders up to 20 feet high.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hydronic heating systems.
- Certificate from an accredited HVAC Technical School.
- NATE certification.
- Experience with A2L refrigerants is a plus.
