We are currently looking for full-time Performance and Quality Improvement Project Coordinator
Starting at $47k contingent upon experience, education, etc.
Position Summary: This position supports TASCs Performance and Quality Improvement Department. The Project Coordinator works with all members of the Performance and Quality Improvement Department, the Compliance Department, and many Operations stakeholders to help fill administrative needs. Finally, the Data Coordinator completes file reviews, file review reports, and data analysis.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for members of the Performance and Quality Improvement Department.
- Organize rooms, refreshments, and materials for meetings and trainings.
- Perform data entry using word processing, forms, and spreadsheets.
- Assist Performance and Quality Improvement Team members with projects as needed.
- Contribute to planning and organizing audit and survey preparations.
- Measure project performance to identify areas of improvement.
- Report monthly, or more frequently, on achievement of compliance with department goals.
- Work with agency staff to determine and recommend performance improvement strategies to current work processes based upon client documentation and billing audit outcome findings.
- Perform special projects as assigned by the Director of Performance and Quality Improvement
- Review Deflection files 15/month, creating reports and corrective action requirements for each file.
- Create and present a summary report at monthly Audit Subcommittee meetings.
- Work with program staff on corrective actions.
Our Ideal candidate:
- High school diploma and/or GED required
- Two-years of college credit equivalent to an Associates degree Bachelors degree in social sciences, government affairs, or related field preferred
- At least two years administrative experience
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Knowledge of computers, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the Internet

The agency currently offers hybrid work schedules that combines in-office and remote work. Employees are required to report to the work site three days per week with the option to work up to two days remotely.
