What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Treatment Associates INC.?
I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer telephones, route and screen calls to clinical staff
- Assist in compiling and maintaining quality assurance of client files.
- Schedule intakes, screening, and assessments, including assisting client with completion of initial paperwork.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for all professional/clinical staff.
- Daily collation of all documentation reflecting face-to-face interactions, no-shows, and cancellations for all managed health care, self-pays, or contracted referrals. Send all documentation to Central Administration office daily.
- Collect client co-pays at the time of services, maintain payment records of payments received and balances due, if any. Remit all collected money to Administration in Victoria office.
- Attend staff meetings and/or training as required.
- Provide typing services for Program Director and/or professional staff.
- Oversight of filing systems of the facility, distribution of facility mail and ensuring that mail is sent out on a daily basis.
- All other duties assigned by supervisor in accordance with professional development.

II. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must provide authorization for a TCIC/NCIC background check, the results of which meet with any and all licensure and contractual requirements.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a part of a treatment team.
- Must have verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be computer literate.
III. Relationships:
Reports to: Program Director & Operations Manager
Hours are 10am to 7-7:30pm Monday - Friday. No weekends.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
