We are looking for a mission-oriented, multi-site operations leader to join our team as area manager for northwest Pennsylvania. Based in Erie, the area includes eight office-based opioid treatment (OBOT) centers. The area manager leads all aspects of operations, including team leadership, patient experience, regulatory compliance, and growth, including P&L ownership. Direct reports are two program supervisors, who oversee 20 frontline teammates (care managers and patient ambassadors). The area manager also has dotted-line leadership for 14 medical providers (physicians and nurse practitioners). This position requires daily travel within the area plus infrequent overnight travel (2-3 times per year) to our headquarters in Greenville, SC, or other locations for meetings or trainings.
Education and Experience
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
2 years in a leadership role required
Multi-site operations experience required; healthcare preferred
Experience with or interest in behavioral health, particularly substance use disorders (SUD)
