Treatment Centers of America is seeking a experienced Insurance Billing Specialist to join our team.

Some things you’ll be doing:
- Review and analyze patient medical records to ensure accurate and complete billing information
- Insurance verification
- A/R
- Work to resolve billing disputes and ensure compliance with coding regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient billing information
- Stay up-to-date with changes to medical billing regulations and coding systems
- Run and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Complete trainings and attend meetings as assigned
Required
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Training or courses in business office activities
- Ability to work with electronic billing systems and software
- Good communication skills
- Strong ethical and moral character references
Preferred
- Medical billing experience ie; Medicaid and CMOs
- MAT experience
- GAMMIS and Provider Connect experience
- Accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Organization
- Little supervision needed to accomplish task

Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
