Job Description: As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and impact by collaborating with hospitals and other referral partners. Your primary responsibility will be to discuss the exceptional services offered by White Light Behavioral Health and facilitate access to patients in need of care. Your efforts will directly contribute to changing lives and promoting healthier communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and other referral partners to increase awareness of White Light Behavioral Health's treatment programs.
- Actively engage in networking events, conferences, and community outreach activities to represent the organization and identify potential partnerships.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with referral partners to provide detailed information about our treatment services and the benefits of collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient patient referral process, demonstrating a patient-centric approach throughout.
- Track and analyze data related to business development efforts, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare or behavioral health industry.
