Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility and housing
- Troubleshoot and work with vendors to resolve issues with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of facilities
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant regulations
