Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in commercial and residential spaces.
- Carry out floor care activities such as buffing and waxing to enhance the appearance of surfaces.
- Conduct thorough custodial duties including restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all areas are safe and well-maintained.
- Support industrial cleaning efforts by adhering to safety protocols while using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning assignments are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Respond promptly to any urgent cleaning requests or issues that arise within the facility.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and procedures.
- A plus knowlede of Medical cleaning practices,
- Experience in custodial services with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks is preferred.
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning duties safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork.
