Job Opportunity: Evening Janitorial Worker

Treco Services is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, both independently and as part of a team. This position is well-suited for individuals who take pride in their work and are dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Part-time: Monday to Friday, 5 PM - 9 PM

o Expected hours: 20 per week

• Location: 10501 NW H K Dodgen Loop, Temple, TX 76504

Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Dust surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize breakrooms and kitchens
• Perform comprehensive restroom maintenance, including:
• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and urinals
• Restocking supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
• Mopping floors and ensuring surfaces are free from debris
• Maintain cleanliness of entryways and common areas
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.

While we are willing to train the right candidates, previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check (clean background required)

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work on a team and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques
• Experience in commercial cleaning settings
• Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks
• Skills in maintenance and buffing are preferred
