Description of the Role:
As the Customer Success partner, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth in the industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies, identifying new opportunities, and building strong client relationships.
Preferred Skills:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Identify key market segments and opportunities for growth within the industry.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments. Analyze market conditions, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and work collaboratively with our Data analytics/ Data Engineering and Data Science team to deliver tailored solutions.
Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets.
Partnership Development: Identify potential partners, including technology alliances, resellers, and industry collaborators, to expand the company's reach and capabilities. Engage with channel AEs, manage relationships, initiate, and close deal flow.
Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives. Analyze data and adjust strategies as needed.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the business development budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Domain Expertise:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the analytics, machine learning, information technology or consulting space.
Competency and interest in data sciences and data engineering
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience in US Healthcare and life sciences.
- Attitude to open new logos and mine accounts where there are existing relationships and build new relationships.
- Proven track record as seller and helping grows a young portfolio.
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations, comfortable with IT productivity tools.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Must bring consulting /relationship management skills and a deep appreciation of IT tools, techniques, systems and solutions

Flexibility to travel as needed.
