Tree Care Inc. is searching for a climber and/or crew leader. Located in Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio, we are the premier residential / commercial company in the area. We are looking for a team-oriented individual with a great attitude. We offer year-round work and excellent benefits.
We have 8 ISA Certified Arborists on staff. Our fleet is among the best in our industry with all newer and well-maintained bucket trucks, spider lifts, grapple trucks and knuckle boom. Our modernized equipment improves worklife quality and capabilities.

We are looking for someone with experience, but willing to provide training and support to the right candidate. Those with prior experience in landscaping, forestry or outdoor recreation are encouraged to apply.
Wage / Benefits - Wages will be based on experience and training and will be in accordance with or exceed industry standards. We offer the following benefits:

Pay is based on experience and the successful applicant must have valid driver’s license (CDL a plus!) with insurable driving record. Don’t have a CDL? We can provide the training and assistance to help you get your Class A.
