SUMMARY - PIZZA PREP COOK / DOUGH MAKER
The Pizza Prep Cook and Dough Maker will report to the Culinary Program Manager and is responsible for making pizza dough according to predetermined specs. This person will provide excellent guest experience and help carry out our overall mission to make the best beverages, and now pizza, in the world and to serve them in the most friendly and memorable environment possible.
This is a part time position and will require availability during the hours of 5 : 00am through 12 : 00pm as well as mandatory Thursday-Sunday availability.
The starting pay range for this position is 18-21 / hr DOE.
A s a Pizza Prep Cook / Dough Maker, you will be responsible for the following :
- Preparing high-quality pizza dough according to Tree House standardized protocols
- Preparing high-quality pizzas according to Tree House standardized protocols
- Continuing to adapt Tree House pizza SOP for variable conditions as they present themselves in Tewksbury, including but not limited to ingredient sourcing and trialing, cooking methodologies, kitchen conditions, and customer volume.
- Monitoring the rising of the dough
- Prepping and portioning pizza toppings to ensure success of the pizza service
- Communicating with retail management and staff of any changes to the menu as needed
- Being aware of ingredients in products that would need to be communicated to customers in the case of any potential food allergies
- Monitoring inventory and notifying management of low stock levels as necessary
- Keeping work areas and overall kitchen sanitized and clean
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
