Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging activities and programs for residents
- Coordinate and schedule activities, ensuring a variety of options are available
- Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and preferences
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive community environment
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress
- Plan and organize special events and outings for residents
- Manage the activity budget effectively
Experience:
- Previous experience working with seniors or in a similar role is highly desirable
- Knowledge of aging issues and therapeutic activities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage schedules effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
