Goal: To help Tree of Life Christian Schools fulfill its mission and purpose through supporting the facilities management, planning, and maintenance of campuses.

EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma
Consistent work ethic
Good understanding of plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems

The Facilities Associate::

Supports day to day facilities operations for all school facilities and grounds including janitorial support.
Coordinates facility management activity (outside vendor management, preventive maintenance programs, and safety programs) of designated campus facilities.
Maintains campus grounds by operating a variety of equipment (movers, blowers, chainsaws etc.)
Troubleshoots and repairs a variety of plumbing, electrical and other maintenance issues.
Provides support, advice and recommendations to the COO regarding facility issues.
Works closely with Athletics and campus principals to ensure facility quality, cleanliness and safety.
Follows applicable school policies and governmental regulations.
Salary : $17 - $18
