Visual Designer with Illustration Expertise

We are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, creative, and driven artist to join our team! Illustrator/Designer will work directly with a Project Manager and/or client to uniquely design logos, branding, mockups, product packaging, vehicle wraps, as well as design all templates with bleeds and more from scratch. Any interested candidate must have an abundance of creativity and have a passion for creating art. Artist must be forward thinking enough to come up with cohesive best selling designs for small and large brands.

Creativity and software knowledge, as well as a willingness to grow, learn, and work closely with our team.

Requirements:

Adobe Illustrator on the job experience (PC or Mac Based only)

Must have extensive Graphic Design knowledge and Illustration experience.

Must be able to create designs from scratch

Adobe Photoshop on the job experience (PC or Mac Based only)

Adobe In-Design on the job experience (PC or Mac Based only)

Must have experience setting up print files (pre press)

Attention to detail

Advanced Computer and internet skills.

Additional proficiency in other programs and/or edit video is a plus but not required

Ability to take critique and willingness to adjust designs as requested by the client and/or project manager.

Professional computer (either a studio or gaming) with the ability to use necessary programs and be fast enough to handle large files

Ability to communicate and work with a team

Able to meet deadlines.

Must be friendly, easy to work with, straight forward and honest.

Job Type: Part Time / Full-time

Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm

Pay: $20.00 - $25.50 per hour (Based on experience)

Over Time is available in season

Able to reliably commute to our Saint Joseph Michigan office. (For the right candidate it can be a remote position)

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for various digital and print media.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their branding needs and develop effective graphic solutions.
• Manage color theory and typography to ensure high-quality visual output.
• Prepare files for prepress and production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools to enhance creative output and efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
