What we’re looking for

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Director of Product to lead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will deeply understand the PLG model and have a proven track record in driving user acquisition, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention through product optimization.

What you’ll be working on

• Develop and execute comprehensive product growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and monetization.
• Take ownership and accountability for business metrics driven by funnel improvement.
• Utilize data analytics and user insights to identify growth opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Implement analytical best practices to guide product decisions and drive business acceleration.
• Oversee our in-house experiments platform and promote a culture of experimentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of growth initiatives.
• Mentor and build a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

The base pay provided for this position ranges from $200,090 / year - $300,840 / year depending on the geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule.
