Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and learning.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships.
- Manage classroom behavior through effective classroom management techniques.
- Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Provide support for children with special educational needs or developmental challenges.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and early intervention strategies.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning.
Qualifications
- Experience working with young children in a preschool or similar setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Experience in tutoring or providing additional support in subjects such as math is a plus.
- Familiarity with special education practices is beneficial.
