Overview:
Experienced Budtender Wanted for High-End Cannabis Dispensary. We are seeking a knowledgeable, passionate, and customer-focused Budtender to join our team at Treehouse. As a leading cannabis dispensary, we are committed to providing our customers with top-quality products and exceptional service. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about different cannabis products, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide expert recommendations on cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods
- Educate customers on the effects and benefits of various cannabis products
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulations
- Ensure compliance with all state and local laws regarding cannabis sales
- Process transactions using POS system and handle cash responsibly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Assist with inventory management and product displays
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and merchandise displays to enhance the customer shopping experience
Requirements:
- Experience as a Budtender in a licensed cannabis dispensary
- Deep knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide a personalized experience
- Familiarity with cannabis industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficient with POS systems (preferably Dutchie) and cash handling
- Passion for cannabis and a desire to help others
- Must be at least 21 years old
