## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to oversee our bar & FOH operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, possess excellent leadership skills, and be familiar with Toast POS systems. This role requires someone with a passion for hospitality management and a keen eye for maintaining high standards of service. This role requires some bartending as well as some management.
## Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the bar, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
- Train and supervise bar staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize bar profitability
- Create innovative drink menus and promotions to attract customers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
## Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or managing a bar in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Proficiency with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of catering operations is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of food service management principles
