Job Description:
Our client is looking for a dynamic Director of Sales to take on a player-coach role. This individual will not only lead and inspire a high-performing sales team but also actively engage in sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a proven ability to close deals.
- The Vice Director of Sales will be a player-coach role, responsible for 1 direct report while also personally engaging in high-value new business sales focused specifically on the Healthcare Vertical.
- The Director of Sales will be focused on building and growing a book of business overtime, and will focus on both net new and retention/upsell opportunities with an average initial deal value of $100,000 - $250,000 ARR.
- The Director of Sales will report to the CEO and be responsible for forecasting, pipeline management, deal strategy and driving process improvement to achieve growth targets
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
