Company Profile:

Our client has been in business for over 20 years and provides professional services and IT services to small to mid-size companies in all verticals. They partner with clients to provide strategic solutions to save costs and increase efficiency for IT professionals. They are bringing on their first sales leader who will report directly to the CEO and help continue to scale the business.

Job Description:

• The Director of Sales will be responsible for managing a small team of sales executives focused on bringing in new clients to achieve monthly sales quotas
• The Director of Sales needs to be able to lead by example, coach throughout the entire sales cycle from initial contact through delivery and accurately forecast.
• The Director of Sales must be comfortable working on sales strategy with the CEO while also working cross-functionally with other leaders as necessary.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of sales experience, ideally within IT services, managed services or professional services
• 2 years of sales management experience
• Growth minded, strategic, and confident

Location: This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be comfortable traveling to an office in the Worcester, MA area, with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week, while also supporting their field sales team on sales calls and client meetings throughout New England market as needed.
