We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Care Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a team of lawn care professionals, ensuring that all lawn care tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a lawn care crew, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
- Maintain and care for lawns including mowing, trimming, and edging.
- Train crew members in best practices for lawn care and equipment use.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or requests.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary.
Skills
- Proven experience in lawn care.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with team members and clients.
- Proficiency in groundskeeping tasks including mowing and trimming.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
