Key Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable food and beverage service to members and guests, adhering to Invited standards of service.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily features and specials.
- Accurately execute member/guest orders and requests in an attentive and timely manner.
- Ensure daily assignments and side work are complete in respective areas, meeting club standards.
Requirements
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous food and beverage experience is highly desirable.
- Food handler and alcohol server certifications as required by the state and city.
- Completion of F&B Service Training is essential.
