Summary of your role:
You will provide premier Food and Beverage service to members and guests, adhering to high standards of quality and hospitality. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and pleasant work environment, following all company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting members and guests promptly and making them feel at home.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of food and beverage options, including daily features and specials.
- Execute orders and requests in a timely and attentive manner.
- Assist fellow employees and ensure delivery of excellent service without being directed.
- Notify management of member/guest complaints and practice good service recovery.
About this role:
This position requires a team player with excellent communication skills, ability to follow instructions, and experience in the food and beverage industry. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with relevant certifications and training.
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting, standing, walking, exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, or gases, squatting/kneeling, reaching, grasping, pushing/pulling, twisting/bending, lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs.

Attendance Requirements:
- Attend daily line-ups and participate as requested.
