Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (LBA) - Full-Time, Hybrid Role (In-Clinic & Remote)
We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in a full-time hybrid role that offers both in-clinic and remote work flexibility. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with clients, design and oversee treatment plans, and supervise Behavior Technicians, all while enjoying the ability to work from home part of the week, providing a great balance between hands-on clinical work and remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
- Conduct assessments and track client progress through data analysis.
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and other team members.
- Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure consistent, cohesive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Stay informed on the latest ABA research and best practices to enhance treatment.
What You'll Bring:
- Active BCBA and AZ LBA certification (required).
- Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA programs.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
