What is ABA?
ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) is a science-based, proven approach that helps individuals with autism and other developmental challenges build essential skills and improve behavior, leading to a better quality of life. Plus, it's pretty rewarding work!

Your Role:
Here's your chance to make a direct impact on kids' lives:

• Hands-on Therapy: Implement ABA interventions in a fun, dynamic clinic setting.
• Data-Driven Success: Track progress, analyze data, and prepare reports, all with guidance from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other awesome team members to ensure therapy is consistent, effective, and meaningful.
• Parent Communication: Keep families in the loop and share progress updates so they can celebrate their child's victories.
• Personalized Programs: Help create and refine individualized therapy plans that support each child's unique journey.
• Continuous Learning: Stay open to feedback, be ready to learn, and keep improving your skills as you grow in your role.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous ABA experience or working with kids is a plus, but not a must!
• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification is preferred but not required.
• Availability Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with part-time and full-time shifts available.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet the physical demands of the role.
• Willingness to complete First Aid/CPR certification, AZ fingerprint card, and TB test.
