What is ABA?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a scientifically proven approach used to improve behavior through the application of behavioral principles. ABA therapy enhances vital skills and helps improve the overall quality of life for individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. If you're new to ABA, don't worry - no experience is required, we will train you!
Your Role:
Deliver ABA interventions to clients in their homes across Arizona.
Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress, preparing it for review under the supervision of a BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst).
Work with your team to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of therapy programs.
Provide feedback to parents and guardians about daily activities, and relay their input to your BCBA.
Learn and implement individualized ABA therapy programs with guidance and support from your BCBA.
Communicate regularly with your BCBA to ensure high-quality therapy and support.
Show a willingness to learn, grow, and receive constructive feedback.
Be adaptable, comfortable working independently or as part of a team, depending on the needs of the program.
A desire to work with children with autism and special needs.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
No experience? No problem! We will train you.
A passion for working with children, especially those with autism and special needs, and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification and an AZ fingerprint card.
Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance (we do not transport clients).
