About Us
The Treetop Therapy serves children aged 2-18, offering in-home, clinic-based ABA programs and community-based instruction. We are proud to provide services across Arizona, Georgia, Massachusetts, New Mexico, and Oklahoma, with Colorado coming soon! Our mission is to provide evidence-based analytic services to children with autism spectrum disorder, focusing on creating an environment where children thrive at home and in their communities.

What You'll Do
As an RBT, you will be the face of our organization, working 1:1 with clients in their homes. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), your role will be to:

• Implement customized ABA therapy programs to help clients develop essential life skills.
• Use evidence-based practices to encourage positive behavior and skills acquisition.
• Collaborate with parents and supervisors to tailor therapy to meet each child's needs.
• Collect data on client progress using electronic medical record systems (e.g., Central Reach, Rethink, or Catalyst).
• Ensure the child is prepared for success in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Required:

  • RBT Certification.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
  • Experience with clients of varying ages, skill levels, and behaviors.
  • Knowledge of EMR systems for data collection.

• Preferred:

  • TRICARE certification.
  • CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Passion for driving change and supporting children's independence.
