Qualifications
- Location – Must have a permanent residence in or within 1.5 hours of the Fresno, California area.
- Travel – Must be willing to travel approximately 50% of the time within the U.S.
- Agriculture Experience – Ideal candidate has an agricultural background or is comfortable working with farmers.
- Plumbing/Irrigation Knowledge – Preferred if the candidate has experience or familiarity with plumbing and irrigation systems.
- Technology Experience – Prior experience working with technology is a plus.
- Work Environment – Must be organized and capable of working both remotely and in the field (e.g., orchards).
- Skills & Abilities – Must be a strong communicator, quick learner, and able to work independently.
About this position
Treetoscope is looking for a Field Technical Support Specialist that will be responsible for both field and technical support in the US. The Field Technical Support Specialist will conduct on-site sensor repairs and installations. In addition, this position will be responsible for providing technical dashboard support. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Sensor Installation & Repairs – Performs on-site tree sensor and flow sensor installations and conducts on-site repairs or supports dealers virtually.
- Field Service Management – Manages all U.S. Field Service Tickets, ensuring timely completion and resolution.
- System Monitoring – Monitors client dashboards to ensure proper functionality and proactively addresses any issues.
- Troubleshooting – Diagnoses and resolves sensor-related issues on-site.
- Inventory Management – Oversees all U.S. Treetoscope sensor inventory at the Fresno warehouse.
- Technical Support – Provides technical support for client dashboard credentials and manages user hierarchy within client accounts.
- Customer Success Collaboration – Works closely with the Customer Success Specialist, offering additional technical support to enhance client satisfaction.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
