What are the responsibilities and job description for the BICYCLE SALES - POMPANO (part time) position at Trek Bicycle Stores | Florida?
As a Sales Associate, you?ll lead the charge for your shop?s daily sales activities on everything from fulfilling e- commerce orders to merchandising. You?ll set the standard for how your shop is remembered by your customers, and you?ll set an example for other employees by creating an amazing cycling experience for everyone who walks through your doors. SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: MUST HAVE A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AND BE AVAILABLE FOR WEEKEND SHIFTS TO INCLUDE THURSDAY/FRIDAY/SATURDAY/SUNDAY
Duties
� Serve our clients through a deep desire of caring and have a goal of solving their complete problem.
� Assist in maintaining a clean & organized store.
� Become an expert on your Critical Drivers (see Talent Map).
� Consistent delivery on your Strategic Outcomes (see Talent Map).
� Perform all mechanical work to the highest quality.
� Always maintain a properly merchandized & stocked Sales & Service Department.
