Duties

As Store Manager, you are responsible for every aspect of your store’s day-to-day operation and plans for future success. You’ll be the one person ultimately accountable for setting the standard for amazing customer experiences, top-notch employee performance, and budget-beating sales.

This is a job for someone who loves people, cares about making the world a better place, and knows how to run a show. It requires strong leadership skills and the ability to build up the people around you. You’ll be a mentor, a leader, and an inspiration —and you’ll do it all while having a whole lot of fun. Leadership Initiative : Take responsibility for the store's success. You’ll be a proactive, resourceful leader who empowers your team to achieve significant accomplishments and meet ambitious goals.

Results-Focused : You’re driven to meet and exceed targets as efficiently and quickly as possible, ensuring the store’s sales and operational goals are consistently surpassed.

Attention to Detail : Perform tasks with precision, ensuring every aspect of the store’s operation is flawless, producing high-quality work with minimal errors.

Customer Operational Excellence : Create an engaging, customer-focused environment that ensures each guest leaves with an exceptional experience, building loyalty and trust within the community.
