Job Description
This position is responsible for a variety of activities in support of Trek product lines. This position is located at Trek’s headquarters in Waterloo, WI.
Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring product data is entered into the system accurately and timely.
- Creates part numbers within the system.
- Regularly reviews system product data to ensure continued data integrity.
- Supports Supply Chain by assisting with providing information necessary to properly forecast and order products.
- Assists Product Managers by providing requested product information and updating information in the system.
- Places sample orders as needed.
- Coordinates product field testing and technical service issues.
Position Requirements
- Must have good organizational skills and be highly attentive to detail.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Must be proficient in Windows based computer applications such as MS Excel, Outlook.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of bicycle assembly and familiarity with accessories helpful.
