Retail Customer Service / Hemp Product Specialist

Trek CBD is looking for dedicated & dynamic individuals that can deliver an exceptional customer experience to join our team in Apex and/or Holly Springs. We offer flexible schedules, generous wages, product perks and more. Our store hours of operation are Monday - Saturday 10 am - 7 pm. We have Fulltime (36-45hrs a week) & Part-time openings (27-30 hrs) working during store hours & days of operation.

This position involves providing a phenomenal customer service experience above anything else. It begins with listening to the needs of our customers often around sleeping better, relieving stress and anxiety, or reducing pain and inflammation. You will provide guidance and education around plant-based CBD & THC products to best address their needs. Further responsibilities include store operating tasks, inventory management, merchandising, order & shipping support, cleaning, etc.

Simply put, you get to help others feel better, sleep better or move better naturally. And it's so gratifying to do so!

Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Assist customers with product information & selection
• Manitain store appearances, organization and cleanliness
• Answer incoming calls & perform outbound calling for customer inquiries or to provide updates
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Maintain & communicate store inventory & restocking needs

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 21 years of age or older
• Curiosity, uncovering customer needs
• Demonstrated success at exceeding customer expectations
• Ability to develop & mantain customer relationships
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
• Experience with or ability to learn Point of Sale System and cash reconciliation
• Desire to study & learn science and disease states that support plant-based wellness
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Accountable and trustworthy to work on your own with minimal supervision
