Trek Marketing, based in Dallas, is a force in the telecommunications industry, and we’ve signed a significant contract with Frontier and their 5G division to assist in the promotion of their new products and services.
Due to this partnership, we are actively seeking an Account Representative to act as one of the primary liaisons between us, Frontier, and their consumer base. The primary objective of the position will be to foster strong relationships, ensure seamless communication, and provide exceptional support to both Frontier and its customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, addressing their concerns promptly, and facilitating effective solutions that align with Frontier’s goals and standards. The Account Representative will also be responsible for coordinating between internal teams and our client to optimize service delivery, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive the success of our collaborative initiatives.
Responsibilities as an Account Representative:
- Establish genuine connections with customers on behalf of the client to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor fostering a sense of comfort and trust
- Present and educate customers on our client’s telecommunications products and services and any current deals or promotions available to their area
- Address customer concerns and deliver effective solutions timely and efficiently
- Escalate urgent customer complaints to the appropriate department
- Analyze competition, market trends and customer demand to enhance the company’s competitive edge, improve the customer experience, and drive sales growth
- Represent Trek Marketing with integrity, honesty, positivity, and professionalism.
What We Look for in an Account Representative:
- Experience in a customer service or client support role is highly desirable but not required
- Experience working in a customer or client-facing position such as in retail, hospitality, the restaurant industry, or any other applicable position
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Embrace challenges and problems with a solution-oriented attitude
- Work in a multi-faceted environment with many different types of people
- Possess a strong student mentality
- Ability to work 40-50 hours per week
- Have reliable transportation to and from our office location on a daily basis

Pay: $54,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
