Job Title: SAP SuccessFactor Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Tax Terms: C2C, W2, 1099
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement, and support SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0), and Employee Central (EC) solutions.
- Provide expertise in LMS and Performance & Goal Management (PMGM), ensuring seamless integration and system optimization.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform system configurations, customizations, and enhancements to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SuccessFactors modules, ensuring system stability and efficiency.
- Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure effective utilization of the platform.
- Work closely with stakeholders to continuously improve HR processes and system functionalities.
- Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors best practices, new features, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong focus on Recruiting, ONB 2.0, and Employee Central (EC).
- Hands-on expertise in Learning Management System (LMS) and Performance & Goal Management (PMGM).
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors configuration, implementation, and support.
- Ability to analyze business processes, design workflows, and provide system recommendations.
- Experience in integrations with other HR systems and third-party tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in Recruiting, EC, LMS, or PMGM is a plus.
