We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Coach to lead multiple Agile teams in delivering highquality products. As a Senior Scrum Coach you will be responsible for ensuring the teams embrace Agile values principles and practices while fostering a collaborative environment to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and coach multiple crossfunctional teams in Agile methodologies ensuring adherence to Scrum practices.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily standups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives).
Remove obstacles that impede the teams progress ensuring the timely delivery of product increments.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a welldefined and prioritized backlog that aligns with business objectives.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to regularly reflect on processes and adapt for better outcomes.
Act as a change agent helping to build an Agile mindset across the organization.
Track and report on team performance metrics identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Build a trusting and safe environment where teams can engage in healthy discussions and problemsolving without fear.
Provide ongoing support to the team while coaching them to become selforganized with crossfunctional skills and domain knowledge.
Facilitate internal and external communication discussions decisionmaking and collaboration to ensure team alignment.
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles both within and across teams increasing the effectiveness of Scrum practices within the organization.
Guide development teams to higher levels of Scrum maturity by identifying strengths and areas for improvement using tailored coaching and development techniques.
Manage and coordinate dependencies across teams to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.
Maintain transparency by identifying and addressing risks in a timely manner to keep stakeholders informed and mitigate potential issues.
Mentor junior Scrum Coaches and team members on Agile best practices and tools.
Work closely with other Scrum Coaches and leadership to drive organizational Agile transformation efforts.
