Job Title
Finishing Department - Multiple Shifts Available
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various rubber fabricating equipment.
- Operate equipment such as injection molders, splicers, cutters, tapers, saws, and stampers.
- Mount molds, tools, and fixtures, make final settings, and select the sequence of operations.
- Check parts for quality at the first piece and periodically, making necessary adjustments.
- Operate multiple units based on load and cycles.
- Work with injection molding machines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using a ruler and basic math skills.
