This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced production environment where you will be responsible for operating molding machines in a safe and efficient manner using designated tools. In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a cleanroom environment. If you have experience in thermoplastic or silicone molding and are looking for a new challenge, then this could be the perfect role for you.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Operate molding machines in a safe and efficient manner using designated tools
- Use hand-held tools as necessary
- Hand-assemble product
- Follow all start up and shut down/OPPM procedures
- Read, comprehend and perform duties outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or Product Specific Standard Operating Procedure (PSOP)
">Requirements
">- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in thermoplastic or silicone molding (preferred)
- Technical aptitude
- Clean room component or device level manufacturing experience
- Ability to learn and use microscope
- Ability to lift twenty pounds or more
- Ability to understand visual part aspects
- Ability to understand basic safety standards and procedures
- Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend written and verbal instructions in English.
