Summary of the Role :

Lead and coordinate critical projects, ensuring flawless execution within budget, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning : Develop comprehensive project plans, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Resource Management : Allocate and manage resources to ensure project requirements are met efficiently.
• Risk Management : Identify potential project risks, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Budget Control : Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial performance aligns with objectives.
• Communication : Facilitate clear and effective communication among project collaborators.
• Project Execution : Lead all aspects of project execution, ensuring tasks are completed timely, within budget, and to required standards.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate project records, prepare progress reports, and communicate project status to relevant parties.
• Collaborator Interaction : Work together with various internal and external collaborators to align objectives.
• Change Management : Adapt to evolving project requirements, assess the impact of changes, and implement adjustments as needed.
• Continuous Improvement : Seek opportunities for process improvements, implement proven methodologies, and drive efficiency improvements to optimize outcomes.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure that the project adheres to relevant legal and regulatory requirements and industry-specific standards.
• Procurement and Vendor Management : Coordinate procurement activities and lead vendor relationships.
• Team Leadership : Lead and empower cross-functional project teams, providing mentorship, support, and direction.
• Cost Estimation : Prepare cost estimates and budgets for manufacturing projects, ensuring accurate planning.
• Innovation and Technology : Explore and implement innovative technologies and manufacturing processes to improve project efficiency and product quality.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business administration, project management, or a related subject area or equivalent experience is required.
