We are seeking a Tool Maker to join the Delano, MN team. This role supports manufacturing by building molds, fixtures and related tools, completing repairs and revising design specifications as needed.

Qualifications : Required :
Required :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years tool making experience
- Experience with CNC machining, both set up and operation
Desired :
- 2-year technical degree in Machine Tool Trades / Tool and Die
- Experience with CAD / CAM programming
Responsibilities :
Set up and operate Tool Room equipment to manufacture, repair and revise components for molds, fixtures, and related tools in a safe and timely manner
- Ensures tooling is manufactured to build plans that allow for proper fit and assembly to final design specifications
- Uses CAD / CAM technology to analyze and interpret design intent
- Informs the appropriate stakeholders of any expected delays or potential impacts to tool performance or delivery
- Inspects machined components and records dimensional data
- Troubleshoot and repair molds (silicone & thermoplastic)
