You would be responsible for performing a variety of manual, semi-automated, or automated tasks necessary for the manufacturing of sub-assemblies for final product while maintaining productivity and on-time delivery.
As part of the production team, you will play a critical role in producing life-saving devices while meeting our high-quality standards.
Primary Positions within our facility:
· LIM Molders: This team works with large ovens that get up to 400 degrees. The parts are then taken out of the oven and inspected for quality under a microscope.
· Finishing Operators: This team is responsible for looking through a microscope to inspect and trim the medical parts the Molder just made before it goes to the next station.
· Medical Assemblers: This team bonds and assembles our medical devices before reaching our customers.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Experience in clean room, manufacturing experience, or similar setting
- Experience in thermoplastic or silicone molding (preferred)
- Ability to learn and use microscope
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend written and verbal instructions in English
- Good vision (with or without corrective lenses)
- Fine motor skills in hands/wrist and good hand/eye coordination
Responsibilities:
- Follow safety regulations and procedures when operating machinery.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine product specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools.
- Set up molds and adjust machine settings as needed.
- Inspect molds for defects or irregularities.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and quality control measures.
