What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative & Account Manager position at Trelleborg Seals & Profiles?
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a high sense of urgency and a passion for making our customers successful. You will focus on servicing, growing and developing existing clients by building relationships, quickly responding to customer inquiries, finding solutions to complex situations and utilizing Trelleborg's ERP system to process quotes and orders.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer communications, expectations and requirements via phone and email.
- Responsible for receipt and processing of all customer orders providing internal and external customers with timely and accurate information and acknowledgements within established systems and procedures.
- Communicate customer concerns and feedback to the Sales Managers, Operations group and Product Manager.
- Provide support to internal customers.
- Provide support to peers and maintains a cohesive service unit.
- Update pricing per policy and advise Sales Managers when orders do not book within gross margin guidelines.
- Assist customers in resolving disputes.
