Job Summary:
Knowledgeable professional to review and respond to citation disputes. In need of highly skilled transaction processor to join our team, managing a large volume of inbound correspondence. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who can learn the business rules and adapt them when responding to citizens.
Job Description:
- QA correspondence letter files for mail approval.
- Perform dispositions such as court hearing outcomes, penalty waivers, flag waivers, court hearing cancellation.
- Process correspondence letters such as balance letters, court hearing reminders, metro police letters, etc.
- Upload additional correspondence to citation record in eTIMS.
- Adhering to a company’s policies and procedures when responding to citizen disputes.
- Manage system processing of payments received online, IVR, mail, or in person; financial reconciliations in relation to operations – to include reconciliation of all daily deposits and financial reports due to the County; audit cashier settlements; all financial adjustments required
- Assist in the payment processing system, financial compilation, and reporting requirements.
- Process adjudication requests, assigns and may respond directly to incoming correspondence. And will follow business rules established by the County.
