Trellis Chino is hiring a Registered / Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)! Schedule for full time : Monday-Friday with occasional weekend shifts Pay : From $50 per hour DOE New Grads welcome! GENERAL PURPOSE : The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains documentation of services in the medical records. Conducts in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations :

• Licensed as an Physical Therapist in CA. Employee must meet continue education requirements per state practices. Must maintain a license in good standing at all time with the state board.
• CPR Certification, as required for license renewal Additional Information :
• Experience in long term care preferred.
