Trellix is seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining web applications using python Django framework.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software code to perform functional testing of various Trellix security appliances.
- Engage with software and platform teams to ensure smooth integration of software and hardware components.
- Develop automated test scripts using C language and Python to test all Trellix security hardware system components.
- Support and improve the manufacturing test process by analyzing and debugging test failures.
Requirements
- Masters in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as Senior Software Engineer, Senior Networking Hardware Engineer, Software Engineer or related field.
- Hands-on C programming experience.
- Software functional testing and Unit testing experience.
- Microcontrollers and microprocessors knowledge.
- Software integration experience.
- Code development and maintenance tools like Wing, GIT, JIRA experience.
- Python scripting language experience.
- Software debugging and troubleshooting experience.
