- Client Communication : Create and send professional email correspondence to clients.
- Medical Requirements : Coordinate and track scheduling for medical exams.
- Record Management : Monitor fulfillment of medical records orders.
- Follow-Up : Engage with clients and advisors to address outstanding items promptly.
- Policy Finalization : Ensure insurance policies are accurately documented in our database and forward necessary paperwork to insurance companies.
- Reception Backup : Provide phone support when needed.
- Filing : Maintain organized records.
