Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will play a crucial role in analyzing project specifications and requirements to provide accurate cost estimates for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, project management, and cost control.
Duties:
- Create project drawings, specifications, and other documentation for estimates to clients.
- Collaborate with project managers, installers, and contractors to ensure accurate estimation of materials, labor, and equipment costs.
- Monitor and track project expenses to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
- Participate in site visits to assess construction requirements and gather relevant data for accurate estimations.
Experience:
- Proven experience in construction estimating and project management.
- Knowledge of contract documents
- Must have knowledge of cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, and fixtures
