We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using effective project scheduling tools.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate blueprint reading and adherence to schematics.
- Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked accurately.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders regarding project status and any potential issues.
- Utilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration among team members.
- Implement effective strategies for risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software is preferred.
- Excellent skills in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive project success.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
